How does It Work

We start with getting to know each other and establishing the goals and objectives. I use assessments or questionnaires to gather information about their strengths, challenges, and values, and to help them to clarify their goals.
Developing a Plan
Based on goals and objectives, I work with the client to develop a plan for achieving their desired outcomes. This plan may include specific action steps, timelines, and strategies for overcoming obstacles and challenges.
Implementation and Action
The next step will begin with taking action on the plan developed together, and we make sure to provide support and accountability to help them stay on track and make progress toward their goals.
Feedback and Adjustments
As I witness the progresses toward the goals, I will provide feedback and insights to help them stay motivated and make adjustments to the plan as needed. I will also help them identify and overcome any barriers or challenges that arise during the coaching process.
