I believe that a life coach should be client-centered, solution-focused, and empowering, and should help the client achieve greater self-awareness, confidence, and fulfillment in life.

My life coaching approach involves creating a safe and supportive environment for my client to explore their goals, challenges, and desires. I make sure that I listen actively, ask powerful questions, and provide feedback and insights that can help them gain clarity and identify solutions.

I firmly mean that a life coach must be empathetic, non-judgmental, and compassionate, and should help the person recognize and overcome self-limiting beliefs and negative patterns of behavior and that’s exactly what I practice with my clients

We start with getting to know each other and establishing the goals and objectives. I use assessments or questionnaires to gather information about their strengths, challenges, and values, and to help them to clarify their goals.

The next step will begin with taking action on the plan developed together, and we make sure to provide support and accountability to help them stay on track and make progress toward their goals.

As I witness the progresses toward the goals, I will provide feedback and insights to help them stay motivated and make adjustments to the plan as needed. I will also help them identify and overcome any barriers or challenges that arise during the coaching process.
